National Volunteer Week at CAI: Thank you to our Advocacy Volunteers!
Forty-four percent of Americans are unsure how to get involved or where to find opportunities to volunteer. That’s why National Volunteer Week and Global Volunteer Month are so important to us. CAI Advocacy relies on volunteers to champion the community association industry housing model when engaging with their elected officials and staff. From the volunteer Legislative Action Committee members in 36 states and the volunteer members of the Federal Legislative Action Committee and Government and Public Affairs Committee, we’re grateful for the work of the nearly 700 volunteers who devote hundreds of hours every year advocating for the community association housing model.
