- Enough is Enough: Charlie Kirk Tragedy (September 12)
Following the assassination of Charlie Kirk at a public event on a Utah college campus, CAI reminded our communities to choose compassion over division, grace over anger, and to focus on community connection.
We celebrated a legislative victory! On July 4, President Trump signed into law H.R. 1, One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which contains the Freedom to Invest in Tomorrow’s Workforce Act. The act is a bipartisan provision that CAI spent multiple years supporting along with several national trade association coalitions.
We provided CAI members with insights into a meeting that took place between CAI’s Government and Public Affairs team and leadership within the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
This just in! When a court in Texas granted the government’s motion for stay in a nationwide injunction halting enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act, CAI provided timely updates to our members.
CAI announced to its members when an updated and revised Alternative Dispute Resolution Public Policy was approved by the CAI Board of Trustees.
To kick off an exciting new chapter, we announced to CAI members that Dawn M. Bauman, CAE, would serve as CAI’s new chief executive officer, effective July 1, 2025.
