When we think of what we are most grateful for this year, CAI’s volunteers top the list. In honor of Thanksgiving Day, CAI expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude to the nearly 700 volunteers who devote hundreds of hours each year to advocate for the community association housing model.
We encourage conversations on legislative issues relevant to community associations at your Thanksgiving table that are consistent with CAI public policies. These policies are recommended by the CAI Government and Public Affairs Committee, vetted through the state legislative action committees, chapters, and member representation groups, and approved by CAI’s Board of Trustees.
