Key State Races
As of Nov. 6, Republicans hold 27 governorships and Democrats hold 23. Democrats saw three gubernatorial victories in Delaware, North Carolina, and Washington state while Republicans scored eight wins in Indiana, Montana, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Utah, and Vermont.
Overview
Republicans won control of the U.S. Senate with notable victories in West Virginia and Ohio. Control of the House is too early to call and probably won’t be known for days.
