September 16 2025, is National Voter Registration Day! CAI reaffirms its commitment to promoting civility and civil engagement. We are here to assist community association residents, professionals, and industry leaders to register and make a plan to vote in elections at every level.
CAI’s Powerful Commitment to Civic Engagement
Did you know CAI is the nation’s largest nonpartisan voting force? According to the Foundation for Community Association Research’s Homeowner Satisfaction Survey, a staggering 86% of all homeowners always or usually participate in national elections and 84% always or usually participate in state and local elections. Voting is critical as the results of the upcoming election will impact homeowner associations nationwide.
