As we approach the final days of 2025, CAI’s Government and Public Affairs team thanks its legislative action committees, volunteer advocates, and members who support and advocate on behalf of the 77.1 million people living and working in America’s 369,000 community associations.
Each year, the need for effective advocacy in our industry grows. According to projections by the Foundation for Community Association Research, the community association housing model is expected to become the most common form of housing in the United States by 2040.
